The first line of Walt Whitman's Longings for Home speaks from the very depth of the soul of every true Southerner. We are a people born with a Southern Spirit that is unexplainable. Inbred in each of us is that proud feeling of "MY SOUTH!" Inbred in each of us is a never-ending love of its heritage, culture, traditions, and romantic beauty that we continue to pass on from generation to generation. Elegant and majestic, yet simple in its home-welcoming hospitality, it is our little piece of God's Heaven on Earth! The South will forever remain timeless.

Welcome to my South --- South Louisiana where I was born and raised. I hope you enjoy your visit as I celebrate my Louisiana
heritage with you through my personal website.
